Pricing FAQs

General Pricing

Omnihubs offers multiple subscription plans designed for different business needs. Each plan includes a fixed set of features, usage limits, and supported channels.

Yes, trial plan is now available on  all the  Plans. With a 7 day trial period, check out all the offerings of Omnihubs!

You can include 10 agents with the Business Plan. You can add more agents at additional charges using Add-ons.

Omnihubs's Business Plan allows you to create chatbots for Websites, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Once the limit of your messages has been reached, you will get a warning on your dashboard and additional messages and conversations will not be initiated via your chatbot. You will be requested to upgrade your current plan, your bots will not be able to bring leads and talk to your customers until you upgrade.

Unlimited chatbots can be created on the Business Plan.

Omnihubs offers a 7-day free trial, after which all subscriptions, add-ons, and custom services are non-refundable, with refunds only considered for duplicate or unauthorized transactions.

It is a decision smart people won't take, but we respect your choices, you can cancel your subscription in settings.

You can cancel your plan whenever you want. However, we will cancel your subscription only at the end of the billing cycle. Once you cancel your plan, you will not receive a new invoice from the next billing cycle. Hence, If you cancel your plan in January, you will not get a new bill in February.

Messages Add-ons pricing depend on the quantity of messages purchased. The pricing for the same can be checked in the "Add-ons" section of the subscription panel.

Log in to Your Omnihubs Account

  1. Navigate to the Subscriptions in the side navigation panel and then move to the Invoice Tab

  2. Click on Invoices, Here you can get a list of all your invoice. You can also send them to your email.

No, Omnihubs uses a secure payment gateway and does not store payment details. Your privacy and security are paramount to us.

If your payment is not completed successfully and money has already been deducted from your account. You can contact support (at support@tandtglobal.net.) and your bank for further information. Usually, your bank refunds the deducted amount within three working days
